TRANSPORT

Travel passes are provided by the LA for pupils living more than three miles from the school in the old catchment area and are handed out to the girls by the school at the beginning of the school year. Parents of girls living outside South Warwickshire are responsible for organising transport arrangements. If a pass is lost during the year it is the parent's responsibility to contact the School Transport Department at Warwickshire County Council, and a new pass will be issued for a replacement fee.

In the event of a bus failing to arrive or a pupil missing a bus, a member of staff is always available to deal with the problem. If you have a query or are concerned about school transport, please contact the school secretary.

Extra-curricular activities or a school trip lasting longer that the normal school day may mean that a girl is unable to return home by her usual means of transport. It is her responsibility to make alternative arrangements. If you are collecting your daughter after school hours, please collect her promptly so that staff do not have to wait on the premises after the activity or trip.
