CAREERS
• Visits to careers conventions
• Conferences and courses at Universities on careers such as Medicine, Veterinary Science, Forensics, Primary Education, Law

ENGINEERING PROJECT
• Engineering Education Scheme now in its fourth year, leading to the Gold Crest Award

KEY SKILLS
• Opportunity for all to develop Key Skills in Communication Level 3, ICT Level 3, Working with Others and Improving your own Learning in subject and extra-curricular sessions eg teams took part in Rotary Club inter-school public speaking competition

MOCK BAR TRIAL
• Took part in the Regional Bar Council Birmingham Crown Courts Mock Trial Competition in November

P.E.
• Opportunity to take part in self defence, ballroom/salsa/line dancing, aerobics, basketball, athletics as well as more traditional team games – hockey, netball, tennis and rounders
• Thriving senior teams take part in fixtures and tournaments especially in hockey and netball
• Winners of Moreton Morrell Netball Tournament
• Senior Athletics and Cross Country competitions this year winners in Cross Country
• Senior Hockey and Netball tour to South Africa
• Winners of Bromsgrove Swimming Relays
• Fourth in Evesham Netball Tournament
• Completed in National Schools Relay Gala top 16 in country

PSHE
• Numerous outside speakers, eg ASTRA, ACET, Amnesty, University and GAP year representatives, personal safety, legal financial and health issues, citizenship topics and visits from politicians and magistrates

YOUNG ENTERPRISE
• Three companies formed each year, winning many awards at Stratford Area competition
• Two companies have represented West Midlands at National Competition in recent years
• 100% pass rate with many distinctions in Young Enterprise Examination

MEDLINK/MEDSIM
• These and other subject related workshops organised at Nottingham and Sheffield Universities

HIGHER EDUCATION DAY
• July - Year 12 – Outside speakers from Birmingham, Warwick, Oxford Brookes and Leicester Universities + GAP organisations followed by Careers Convention in the afternoon

ROTARY CLUB PUBLIC SPEAKING COMPETITION
• Local heat winners, coming second in the Regional Final, February
